Nepal Trip 2024

CRI will be traveling to outlying villages to encourage local churches,

distribute water filters and meet other basic needs.

Cost

Estimated $3,000. Deployment fees cover your international round-trip flights from the U.S. hub airport to/from Katmandu, ground transportation, food, in-country lodging, trip insurance, and administrative fees.

Requirements

  • CRI Trained Responder. *If you are not yet trained, You can be trained online in under 8 hours here: https://criout.thrivecart.com/cri-responder-training/
  • Valid US passport (passport must be valid for six months beyond the date you return to the United States).
  • Well-seasoned high country backpacker/trekker in EXCELLENT physical condition and able to hike 10 miles per day at high altitudes. Much of the hiking will include climbing steep stone stairs for long periods of time and at least half of the trip will be spent at 5,000 – 17,000 ft. elevation.
  • Endurance to maintain a full schedule involving very long, FULL days of activity (including long bus rides).
  • Ministry experience.
